I had annual eye check up with Dr Khong in Memorial Eye Center at Willcrest. The clinic is clean and with state-of-art eye exam equipment! Dr. Khong is so kind and professional! She explained the exam results and gave me good advice for my condition. She has a warm heart to make patients feel comfortable.

Efficient and friendly service and appear to have latest technology for understanding vision issues. This was my first time at this location. Dr Khong is very thorough and what I really appreciate is determining a balance between vision needs the patient lifestyle. Offered numerous options and ultimately let the patient choose. I no longer will miss any future appointments.

I went in today and Doctor Lihn Khong was absolutely incredible, So knowledgeable and kind , answered all my questions & made me feel comfortable, I usually come here all the time but from now on I will start to ask for her specifically!

Opthalmologist Mrs Khong spent Extra Time to ensure I received the Best EXAM and PRESCRIPTION for my needs. The Front Desk and Eyewear Specialist were Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly. Affordable Pricing too. Highly Recommended !

Whenever I go to them and I work with one particular staff member in picking out new frames..I know that I will be treated with kindness..And I truly appreciate her for that!!!

Tl;dr: Good pricing, great service, excellent people. I very rarely give five stars, but they earn it! I went to a different Memorial Eye location, and found that my appointment didn't go through. The nice fellow there called over to Wilcrest and got me in last minute. Yvette greeted me and took my intake information. She was friendly and helpful; and patient as she administered the initial testing. Dr. Bui was great! She was so patient, and explained everything I asked about. She's a warm and friendly person, she clearly does this for the right reasons. My optician was Madji, and she was just lovely! Helpful and charming, she generously stayed late to make sure that I had everything I needed taken care of. When I came back to pick up my glasses, she took the time to adjust them properly (my ears are uneven, and most opticians just shrug off how my glasses sit crooked). I will definitely keep Memorial Eye Wilcrest as my preferred eye care! Thank you, all!
